On June 18, 2005, several Limestone members (and friends) joined with groups from other area churches for a day of service organized by Urban Promise Wilmington. We worked in small groups doing various projects around the city. The pictures below were taken at the "Staff house" during the morning. This project included building bunk beds for an upstairs bedroom, general cleaning, and dismantling a brick patio in front of the house, in preparation for planting of a garden. On August 8, Limestone hosted an "Urban Promise Carnival". (Click on the smaller picture to see a larger version.)
