Saturday, March 27th: Community-wide Covered dish Dinner/Movie:
The Blind Side
Outreach & Fellowship Committee would like to invite you to a
community-wide covered dish dinner and movie night at Limestone on
Saturday, March 27th at 6:00 p.m. We will enjoy a delicious covered
dish dinner together and then at 7:00 p.m. watch the newly released movie,
The Blind Side, (for which Sandra Bullock won an Academy
Award for Best Actress) based a true story inspired by author Michael Lewis.
"This is not the film you might expect judging solely from the previews and
marketing. Bearing the burden of being potentially schmaltzy, the film instead threads
an almost impossible needle, pulling off a surprisingly moving and inspirational story
of compassion, self-discovery and hope" (read the whole
Christianity Today movie review).
This movie night will be the first one when we will use the new
sound system in Klair Hall.
