This Sunday, August 29th - Our Cool Service in Klair Hall

"Humility and Hospitality" is the sermon by Pastor Carolyn Gillette based on Luke 14: 1, 7-14 and Hebrews 13:1-8, 15-16 for this Sunday, August 29th, at the 10:00 a.m. Worship Service in Klair Hall of Limestone Presbyterian Church.

Guest Soloist: We welcome guest soloist, Rachel Hoke who will be singing Be Still, My Soul for the Anthem and Somebody's Knockin' at Yo' Door during the offertory. Rachel Hoke, a graduate of West Chester University's music program, is a frequent soloist and chorister in the Philadelphia and Southern-Chester County area. Rachel was recently awarded a masters degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is excited to tackle a new teaching assignment as a K-8 Music Instructor at Philadelphia's Potter-Thomas Promise Academy.

Presbyterian Women: This Sunday, August 29th, in celebration of Limestone Presbyterian Women, the LPW Coordinating Team will recognize the women of the congregation as an inclusive community of women truly working together to support the Presbyterian Women’s Mission. Two women in our congregation will be awarded Honorary Life Memberships. Each will receive a beautiful pin and framed award, and their names will be added to the plaque that hangs next to the women’s bulletin board.

Infants and Younger Children in Worship
Children of all ages bring special gifts and are always welcome in worship. However, if your infant or young child needs a place to cry, talk, or play with other children, free nursery care is available. Located in the preschool room to the left of the downstairs kitchen, the Nursery is supervised by experienced, welcoming, and caring staff and volunteers. For children who choose to remain in worship, there are worship activity bags and children’s worship bulletins, available at the back of the sanctuary.

Large Print & Children's Worship Bulletins:
Enlarged worship bulletins with the hymns are available from the ushers.

10:15 a.m. Church School
Children ages 3 through 2nd grade may leave after the Time with Children for their Summer Church School class, in the room to the right of the kitchen. Older children are invited to stay in worship.
